Miss Bianca's Tutoring is looking for additional tutors to join our team.

Miss Bianca's Tutoring aims to inspire and motivate its students to perform at their best, reach their full potential and foster a love of learning. Miss Bianca's Tutoring specialises in personalised private tutoring for Kindergarten to Year 10 English & Mathematics (and we are hoping to expand our subject and year range in 2023). We strive to make tutoring a fun environment with a growth mindset and hands-on learning approach.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• A passion for making a difference in students' lives and an encouraging approach. 
• A strong educational background (preservice teachers desired) 
• Working With Children's Check (mandatory) 
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Reliability – we need tutors who will be committed to their students. 
• Be personable and easy to get along with.
• Self-motivated with the drive to assist students in being their best selves through excellent communication and organisational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TUTOR

• Teach and inspire students to love learning
• Discuss progress with parents/students
• Formulate an Individual Learning Plan for students based on their needs, including weekly session outlines, in consultation with the Director
