Miss Bianca's Tutoring approach is supported by the latest educational research and we believe that every student learns differently, so no Individual Learning Plan will be the same.   

We will complete a diagnostic test in the Initial Assessment and observe the student's strengths and learning style. This will influence future tuition and their Individualised Learning Plan, which is influenced by the NSW Syllabus and Australian Curriculum Outcomes.   

Our  individualised plans are based upon: 

1. Identify the student's needs, strengths and focus areas 
2. Develop a personalised learning plan 
3. Master each skill and outcome before moving on to enhance long-term retention. 

Our approach to learning is not only grounded in the latest educational research, but it also acknowledges the student as a whole, providing support and promoting balance and effective study techniques. Our holistic and hands-on approach involves utilising manipulatives, physical objects that allow students to manipulate abstract concepts, as well as games that foster teamwork, healthy competition, and interactive learning. Whiteboard tables provide a dynamic space for students to collaborate and brainstorm solutions to problems. By incorporating these diverse methods, students become active participants in their own learning and deepen their understanding of the material. As tutors, we also adapt our approach to cater to each student's unique learning style.

Our team is incredibly passionate about supporting our students and helping them become confident life-long learners. We believe that education is a lifelong journey, and we are committed to helping our students develop the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed academically and beyond. Our tutors have a genuine love for teaching and mentoring students and are consistently undertaking professional training and development opportunities. We understand that every student is unique, with their own strengths and weaknesses, and we work tirelessly to tailor our approach to each student's individual needs. By providing a supportive and encouraging learning environment, we help our students build confidence, develop critical thinking skills, and cultivate a love for learning.

Miss Bianca's Tutoring is a member of the Australian Tutoring Association. Members  of the ATA are obligated to comply with their strict code of conduct ensuring high standards are met with every student. 

Miss Bianca's Tutoring is fully insured, and tutors have a current Working with Children Check and have completed extensive child protection and first aid training.
